{August 16, 2008} city liiiiiiiightsss {and stuff}

So I did drama camp all this week. And our performance was yesterday. We only got five days of rehearsal. But the show…was actually really good. o.o We have another performance tomorrow, and I’m hoping it goes as well as the one yesterday, if not better. It’s weird, like everyone that got speaking parts knew all their lines by memory within one day of getting the script {and that includes the 8 and 9 year olds} whereas in all the other shows I’ve done, many of the people didn’t know their lines at all. And that was over the course of eight weeks or more. And this was only five days. Lulzweirdd. But good. The sailordance went well. {I was cast as a SAILA if you didn’t know already lmao.}

So did everything else. YEY. I’m just really glad today I get a day off and got to sleep in and stay up later {I’ve been getting up at 8, today I didn’t get up til 10} and have free time the whole day. Huzzah. I’m most likely playing Rock Band after this.

I went to Subway and my medium drink won a free bag of chips. My mom’s drink won two cookies {I had to stop myself from capitalizing that, haha!} but the Subway people wouldn’t let us redeem them til next time we came. laaame. But I dun got no photos of this. So instead here is a candid of me being a freeeeeeeeak at dramacamp.

Then we took a stroll to the haircut place to get a haircut. My hair isn’t very different though so a picture is uninteresting and unneeded. [:

Then we went to Target to get party favors for my sister’s birthday. Twas a slightly boring excursion though I did see some earrings I liked. But did not buy. Sad sad.

Then Ralph’s to get my sister a cake for her partayyyyy. The cakes in the window were pretty and looked yummy. There were also free cookie samples. I had four.
